Registration Process

When opening an account on the dbkks platform, users must provide accurate personal information, a valid mobile number, and a secure password. dbkks may request additional information or documents for identity verification if needed.

Account Security

Users are responsible for the security of their own account. The following applies in this regard:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
• The user is solely responsible for any activity carried out through their account.
• Allowing others to use or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

Account Suspension or Closure

dbkks reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
• If an attempt is made to operate multiple accounts.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• If age verification fails or false information is provided.

Welcome Bonus

dbkks offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a bonus:

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus.
• Wagering multiplier: 25x.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• A time limit for completing wagering requirements may apply; contact the dbkks support team for details.
• Certain games may contribute to wagering at different rates.

Bonus Abuse

dbkks is vigilant in preventing bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Multiple members of the same household claiming bonuses from the same device or network.
• Following low-risk betting strategies with the intent of meeting wagering requirements.

If abuse is found, dbkks may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

List of Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbkks platform:

• Cheating, manipulation, or any form of fraud.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payment purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive conduct toward other members.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Assisting minors in using the platform.

Healthy Gaming Habits

dbkks believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment. Users are encouraged to enjoy games within their financial means. Taking regular breaks and not viewing gambling as a source of income is particularly important.

Self-Control Tools

dbkks provides the following options for users:

• The ability to temporarily suspend an account for a set period.
• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A permanent self-exclusion option.

Protection of Minors

Platform Liability

dbkks makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, dbkks is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to an internet connection failure.
• If loss occurs due to a technical problem with the user's device.
• If there is a delay caused by a third-party payment provider.
• If a user's account information is exposed due to their own negligence.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

Liability Cap

Under no circumstances will dbkks's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the relevant period. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
